Clubs Newsletter - July

Hi Clubbers! This month the newsletter accomplished one year from its first publication. Since its first edition, the community newsletter has reached +3.5 users who were delighted with our content.

For this new term, we are overenthusiastic about adding new sections to our newsletter, presenting you with more information about our overall progress, the latest product advancement, portrait must-try features, and Clubs rocking the ecosystem.

Let's go with no more to say and much to read!

July’s progress in a nutshell

  • The total number of clubs created grew by 2%, reaching the 778th Club created.

  • Currently working on an onboarding project for Clubs for the Indie Game Team as it is planned to announce the Tokyo Game Show next month.

  • Most of the meetings will be in person at the end of August for the ETH Tokyo event, having Aggre, our CTO, as a speaker. Do not you dare to miss him out!

Check out what we were working on

  • Onboarding Flow: Developing a new, simple, and quick onboarding flow that lets you create your club in less than 30 seconds.

  • New Theme Design: We're designing a new theme specifically for selling digital items, not just memberships. This theme offers a better UX for content creators.

  • Achievement Plugin: Enhanced to support multiple recipients.

  • Vault Contract: Conducted several simulation checks and continued working on feedback to enhance the Vault Contract.

Special feature introduction

Most people would argue that passports are a mechanism of frontier control to preserve safety. Others will say that it is a shield for wealthy economies. The truth is simpler for Clubs as its new passport function allows users who do not have an e-wallet to be part of the Clubs’ ecosystem, and, along with it, to the crypto world.

Forget about complex installations of foxes and weird “e” shaped logos. You just need an email Gmail or Discord account, and voila! You can start collecting badges a.k.a. unique and non-transferable NFT.

Instead of visas and entry/exit stamps, the Clubs passport will display NFTs and achievements received in Clubs. Isn’t the coolest passport ever created?

Discover the Club of the Month

With you the only bright and for sure most colorful Club in the community!

Colorful School is a community where anyone can enjoy and be rewarded without exhausting themselves on Web3 in their "spare time". The Club aims to make you want to go to the Web3 Shopping Mall in Karasuk as if you were going to the mall on the weekends.

The Club offers a wide range of content, from entertainment (NFT and Metaverse) to creator support/success and asset management (FX and investment) skills, and we are developing a wide range of businesses.

By purchasing a PASS and joining DAO Clubs, you will be able to obtain a portion of the staking rewards through the regular distribution of property tokens (OPN tokens).

“Discover the Club of the Mont” is a section that randomly takes a Club of the Clubs’ community and shares it. You can nominate a Club (or self-nominate) to be portrayed in the community newsletter’s next edition. Just give us a message through Discord or [email protected]
